Assembled land owners into a formal Association, acting on their behalf to manage all inputs to effect a Private Plan Change subsequently adopted as a Public Plan Change (2009).  The land holdings of 63 hectares produced a school for 500 students, 756 dwellings and a neighbourhood centre. Construction of the subdivision commenced 2015 and is ongoing.
