The management of the re-zoning Hayfield Precinct, Hingaia, an area of approx. 60 hectares and 24 properties, Infrastructure provision and marketing & sales of land and sections in Qualifying Developments.   This Plan Change was achieved by Hosken & Associates with no submissions to the Plan Change, an almost unheard of event ensuring the smooth transition from rural to commercial and residential zones.  We are currently delivering the water and waste water infrastructure for the Precinct.
