Nigel has expert knowledge and well founded experience in property development, land aggregation, land rezoning using the Resource Management Act, Private and Public Plan Changes, subdivision planning, infrastructure resourcing and the marketing and sale of land and buildings.

Expertise in the procurement of professional services and goods, the design and development of all typologies and the provision of development feasibility analysis to ensure the profitability of property development.

A leader in governance, strategy and planning of property aligning the delivery of Auckland as the ‘Most Liveable City in the World’ with financial performance for clients. Nigel has led projects in excess of $NZ 350m (2002). Qualified in finance and architecture with twenty plus years consulting into the property sector.
