Movement of MUL (ARC) to effect 50.2 hectares residential development providing 950 houses.  Management of all consultancy services to effect plan change on behalf of 22 land owners. Zoning adopted 2010 and development handed to land owners to undertake their individual subdivisions.  Construction has commenced including a recent purchase by the Ministry of Education for a new Primary School.
