Responsibility for all aspects of the development covering 44 hectares.  This included the setting of a community environment that used sound urban and environmental outcomes.  The use of water features such as lakes for small yaghts, fountains, weirs and deep waters provided a setting that has been hugely successful with the local residents and the wider community.
